The method of payment for purchases made by credit card with Paypal. The Buyer agrees to pay the seller all Fees and and Taxes payable in respect to their location for any item covered by an order.
We pay special attention to the quality of our service and reputation of our excellent workmanship. Throughout the production process of your Diadem you will receive emails, upon confirmation of your purchase (#1) at the beginning of its design and/or production (#2), and finishing and shipping of your diadem (# 3). Your Diadem is not crafted until completion of your purchase transaction. Please calculate a maximum of 2 weeks for the manufacture of the Diadem and add the delivery time, depending on the method of delivery chosen.
We also offer our customers the ability to "customize" their Diadem and exclusivity to make it "tailor-made", please ask our customer service department.
"Wherever UPS will go ... Bianca Jacob will be there!" We ship internationally with our partner UPS, the largest courier and express delivery service worldwide. Once your package leaves the "Maison Bianca Jacob", an email will be sent with a tracking number and the UPS web link, allowing you to track your package.
* You can deliver your purchase to a different address than billing.
The "Bianca Jacob Black-Box" is packed with great care in UPS shipping boxes. Each "Bianca Jacob" Diadem box includes: a Diadem (model ordered), a "Bianca Jacob" TrueBluetm authenticity certificate, a Swarovski authenticity certificate and a small maintenance kit (Swarovski cleaning gloves, soft cloth, cleaner, replacement Diadem crystals, glue and a maintenance guide).
Your "Bianca Jacob" Diadem was made very carefully ... Please follow these tips in order to not affect the quality and brilliance of the stones, pearls and Swarovski crystals:
1 - Handle your Diadem only with the Swarovski gloves included in your maintenance kit.
2 - Gently clean your Diadem with the soft cloth included.
3 - Keep the Diadem in its original box.
Note - Water, detergents, chlorine, and cosmetics (perfumes, hair sprays, soap, cream ...) can damage the color and brightness of the crystals in your Diadem.
To request an exchange or refund, you have 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to contact our customer service department. For the warranty to apply, the Diadem must be in its original packaging, label still attached. Please check that all items included in the Diadem box are present with the original invoice.
The buyer authorizes the company "Bianca Jacob International Inc." to that charge on the credit card used for the original purchase and upon receipt of the return. "Bianca Jacob International Inc." load and ship the new Diadem in the shortest possible time to the customer.
For a refund, the same conditions in an exchange apply except the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Through Paypal, payment of the refund to the customer is within 30 days, the credit card used for the original purchase.
Exception - The "Custom" Diadems and "Fit to Measure" are not covered in the exchange-refund policy.

The big day is approaching and your Diadem is damaged. Call our customer service department and we will do our best to help you fix it before your wedding. There are no repair costs except shipping costs if applicable.
